Cody Go Karts is a seasonal business that hires local high schoolers. We are a fun place to work, closing early on Tuesdays to host employee training & parties.
We need our employees to be at least 15 years old in order to work for us. Generally, we hire between 12-20 new employees a year, with raises coming when employees are proficient in basic job duties and then every season thereafter based on merit.
